I'm Avery Fox, an Archival Producer with over fifteen years of experience sourcing, licensing, and integrating historical media for film, television, and advertising.
I've spent my career working across documentary, scripted and branded content — from leading the archival department at VICE Media to serving as Supervising Archival Producer on projects for Netflix, CNN, Amazon, and others. Every project is different, and I love the detective work of finding the right imagery for the right moment.
I specialize in complex research, fair use, contract negotiation, and post-production deliverables. From early project development to final deliverables I work closely with producers, directors and editors to find and clear the content that the story needs.
